Getting Around

TThe COASTER Commuter Train offers a convenient and scenic way to travel from San Diego International Airport to downtown Oceanside. Follow these steps for a smooth journey:
Airport to Transit Center: Take the San Diego Flyer, a free shuttle that departs every 20 minutes from all airport terminals. This shuttle takes approximately 10 minutes to reach the Old Town Transit Center.
Train to Oceanside: At Old Town Transit Center, board either the COASTER or Amtrak train to Oceanside. COASTER tickets cost $5.75 one-way for adults and can be purchased from on-site machines using cash, credit, or debit. The train ride takes 50–60 minutes.
Arrival in Oceanside: The train arrives at Oceanside Transit Center, located downtown. From there, you can walk or use a ride-share service to reach your final destination.
Finally, while in Oceanside, getting around locally is a breeze using the gO'side shuttles, or the Circuit app.
